* I have the right to my art as an artist, to post any WIP or steam on my art channel, unless otherwise stated (such as for Vtuber Debuts and/or surprises) Charges and fees will be made accordingly.* I have the right to decline your commission if it’s out of my comfort zone.* I will start on your commission once payment is made in full OR the minimum amount of the payment plan has been made. You will receive your completed files once full payment is confirmed.* No deadline commissions. Due to an injury, I cannot promise any quick turn arounds. If your commission is time sensitive and you truly need it within a deadline, there will be a rush fee.* I will show you your commission progress to ensure it’s what you want. This includes a marked Sketch, a marked Outline and a final marked Flat Color.* Only refunds during the sketch process, no refunds after I begin outlining your commission.* You are free to post your commission to sites such as Twitter/X or Blue Sky, but please credit me.* For soft NSFW commissions, you must be 21+
No expectations.* Commercial use for commissions is to be discussed (if you are a streamer for example) and will be charged accordingly.* If you ever sell the character used in your commission, please don’t include my artwork for the sale.* DO NOT feed any of the art I create to an AI machine. You will be blacklisted.* Under no circumstances will I provide the CLIP, SAI or PSD files of any commission. Files are saved and sent in PNG only.
{:In Regards To Invoices, Commissions Prices & Paypal:}
All commissions are to be paid for using PayPal only.Invoices will be sent and tagged with my business handle and image. Do not accept invoices under my handle that do not have these attached.Any commission over the $100 threshold will be marked for payment installments unless stated otherwise.Clients wishing to do a "Pay half now and pay the rest upon completion", will be respected, but please understand that prices may vary to accommodate PayPal tax fees.Prices are set with PayPal tax fees in mind and rounded up to the nearest dollar.Due to PayPal requiring things such as a person's real name and ID, this clause is to protect me as well as any client wishing to work with me.Any names or aliases shown to clients is to remain private. Please only address me as the user handle Asorra Tatsumi or via my work handle Madness At Work. Refusal to do so will have you barred completely as a client and I will be warning any other potential artist if such an incident happens.The same privacy is afforded to clients. As such, all names, potential addresses and any other personal information here by stays with me and only me.Overall, please follow PayPal's Terms of Service (TOS).
